Kick-off meeting of MyPal H2020 project coordinated by INAB

Clinicians, researchers and software engineers from seven European countries and 16 organisations met in Thessaloniki, Greece, on January 17-18, 2019, for the kick-off meeting of MyPal, a new EU funded Horizon 2020 (H2020) project.
MyPal, entitled “Advanced patient-reported outcome systems in the palliative care of adults and children with cancer” is coordinated by INAB and will develop and test innovative digital technologies – apps and games – applied to patient-reported outcome (PRO) systems for adults and children with cancer and palliative care needs and will run for 42 months, starting from January 1st, 2019. The project will assess the digital health interventions that will be developed via two clinical studies, a randomized controlled trial (RCT) and an observational study, for adults and children, respectively.
